Pickup and Drop-off Services

Our pickup and drop-off service is designed so that your day runs as smoothly as possible. We may however, sometimes have to meet you in a mutually agreeable location. This will happen if there are multiple guests on a certain tour requesting to be collected at locations too far apart to meet our start timings. Below are the rough areas for collections for each tour. If you have booked a trip for five or six guests you have sole use of the vehicle so we may be able to travel further afield to meet your needs.

Listed below are a few regular meeting places, don't worry we will send you exact instructions on how to get there plus a refund of any public transport or taxi costs incurred.

Poole Train Station. Anyone staying east of poole train station, in poole or bournemouth. this will be your meetup.

Dorchester Train Station. If touring in west Dorset or Devon, we may ask to meet you at one of the two Dorchester train stations. We may also meet you here if travelling from London or Somerset.

Exmouth Station. Anyone staying in Exeter or West of exeter, we'll meet at Exmouth train station if touring in the West Dorset or Devon areas.

As always if the area you are staying in is not listed against your tour, request it on the booking form and we will try our best.
