First up is the world famous Durdle Door. A photogenic stone arch extending out to sea. Marvel at the site from atop the hill or wonder down to the beach for a close up encounter with the "drinking dragon".

Lulworth Cove

Next stop is lunch*. If it's not too busy we will be stopping at the Square and Compass in the quaint village of Worth Matravers. You can buy 5 things in the pub: beer, cider (and soft drinks of course), pasties, pies and cake. A true West-country experience.

Once all scrumpy (traditional farmhouse cider) and pasties have been inhaled, it's a short drive and walk down to Chapman's Pool. Here there are fossils embedded into the rocks for all to see.

Corfe Castle in the mist

A short but stunning walk over the hill is Lulworth Cove, a pretty little fishing village famous for the natural cove and harbour formed by millions of years of natural erosion.

The last stop is the majestic Corfe Castle. Founded nearly 1000 years ago by the normans, perched in bewteen the Purbeck Hills. Enjoy the interior of the castle (admission included with our tour) and the quaint village and Pubs that surround it.
